NBC Connecticut

News Monitoring Service

TFG Film & Tape is the only company licensed by television station NBC Connecticut to monitor and record their local news and public affairs programs broadcast Monday through Sunday. They have authorized us to make portions of these broadcasts available to the viewing public for purchase on DVD.

We record their weekday early morning news show as well as their noon news broadcast, their evening news broadcast and their late night news program. We also record their Saturday and Sunday morning news program as well as the evening and late night news weekend broadcasts.

In addition, we record Connecticut NewsMakers.

Recordings are made in high quality digital format using our proprietary ClipLOCK server system. Individual news stories or clips are provided to clients in standard DVD disc format. If time is an issue they can also be supplied to you as a compressed video file. This will allow you to play them on your computer in a small window. We can also provide verbatim transcripts of news stories accompanied by thumbnail frames to illustrate the visuals.
