Important: When shipping your camera to us for crystal sync conversion and you are located outside the USA, you must use the local postal service from your country to ours. Mark the paperwork "returning for repair" and provide customs documents inside the box that state you are the owner of the camera. Private air carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) all charge heavy customs / broker fees at our end, which you will ultimately be responsible for. This will also delay our receiving your camera. The reasons we urge you not to use them!
Our Terms: We accept credit cards directly. Amex, Master Card and Visa, only.
Turnaround Time: All of our products and services are supplied on a custom "per order" basis. Allow at least 30 days on all orders for products and conversions... not including shipping.
Return Shipping: UPS shipping is used on orders within the USA. Shipments out of the country work best using the US Postal Service direct to your country's postal service. You can also elect for us to use a private air carrier, which will be way more expensive for you and will incure customs / brokers fees.
